The Madison County Board of Commissioners will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m., in the county government complex.
Agenda items include:
•Chairman Wesley Nash – chairman’s report to the board.
• Jeff Fowler – application to rezone 4 acres of a 9.16 acre parcel on Farm Road from A-1 to R-R. (District 5)
•Recreation Dept Dick Perpall – opening date for bids for DNR grant at Haggard Park.
•Transfer Station Director Sandra Webb – discuss the transfer station 2009 four-day work week schedule.
•Chief Appraiser James Flynt – RFP for mapping bids and CUV minimum acreage.
•Jim Escoe – Madison County Board of Tax Assessors removal of board members.
•Human Resource Donna Sisk — personnel issues — Saturday supervise of community service workers at the transfer station and Morris Fortson request to schedule conference with the board of commissioners.
•Chairman Nash – renewal of beer and wine license for: Country Superette, Diamond Hill Grocery, Food Mart, Golden Pantry #3, Ingles Super Market #450, Jai’s Country Corner, Kwik Check, Neese Grocery, Paoli Junction, Poci Grocery, Quick Pick, Strickland’s, Tiny Town Minit Mart, Adam’s Clover Farm, Apex Express, Revco Discount Center INC (CVS) and Boutier Winery.
