This year’s festival was successful in several ways: there were more crafts and food booths than ever before, larger crowd numbers and fantastic musical performances, including the Holman Autry Band.
The committee also had multiple raffle prizes given away on the day of the festival. The money that was raised from the sale of these tickets directly contributed to the amounts that the committee was able to donate to our community. The Danielsville Fall Festival Committee was able to donate proceeds to three separate worthy charitable causes, including the Madison County Food Bank and two local children requesting help with outstanding medical costs.
Each raffe item is listed along with the name of the prize winner. The committee appreciates each raffle ticket sold: 26” flat panel TV, Kip Thomas; portable GPS system, Donna Gordon; gas grill, Dawn Collins; rolling tool box, Dave Vajda; hunting package, Bob Hooper, UGA package, Savanna Nix; pedi gift set, Elaine Brown, tool bag, Kyle Roberts; train set and table, Tanner Harris; art easel, Rachel Tucker; iPod shuffle, Jessica Krauter; PSP system and starter kit, Titus Norman; piano keyboard, Sam Cauthen; and scooter, Suzanne Nash.
Sincerely,
Christy Wilbanks
