•Walter Smith request to rezone an existing home and three acres from a 4.56 acre parcel from A-1 to R-R. The remaining property will be combined with his adjoining property. The property is located on Map 87 Parcel 17 on Shirley Road in District 2.
•Dan Pridgen for Pridgen Enterprise Inc. to request to rezone 8.67 acres from A-2 to R-3 to combine with his adjoining property. This is one of four parcels that make up Hunters Estate Mobile Home Community. The property is located on Map 59 Parcel 66 on Hardman Morris Road in District 5.
