We still have new homes, NICE homes, that haven't sold in Colbert. We've marked them down and done everything humanly possible to try to sell these houses. Please don't destroy any chance we have of selling these homes by approving more construction now. Let us sell what we have first. What is Byram thinking? Trying to build over 200 houses in COLBERT? NOW? Is he crazy? He may lose some money on the golf course, but it looks like he is willing to lose everything...and drag the rest of us down with him. Look at the market, John. We haven't even hit bottom yet. We may be nowhere near the bottom.

No one held a gun to Johns head and made him purchase this property. Now he wants to build 200 houses in an area that has traffic issues already. John, why not just get in line with so many others and see if you can get a bail out from the goverment. This seems to be the thing to do these days when you have not been responsible in your actions. John you work and own a real estate company, you have to know the ups and downs of this business.
