13 charged with DUI on county roads last week

•Coile Lane Defoor, DUI drugs/alcohol (bondsman off bond), DUI/drugs, possession of firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes, possession of a firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes, possession of arms by a convicted felon and first offender probation, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession, manufacture distribution, etc. VGCSA methamphetamine and failure to drive within a single lane (bondsman off bond).

•Donnald Lynn England, 49, 641 Oak Bend Drive, Hull, speeding and DUI.

•James Quinton Faucett, 23, 1366 Kingtson Hollow, Colbert, tail lights required and DUI.

•Otesa Lenora Faust, 30, 426 Jack Sharp Road, Colbert, DUI/drugs and failure to drive within a single lane.

•Garmen Gonzalez, 21, 3635 Bowman Highway, Royston, driving without a license, DUI, failure to drive within a single lane, open container and no insurance.

•Henry Curtis Hanley, 35, 322 Christian Strickland Road, Comer, DUI and failure to stop for a stop sign.

•Otis Lewis Holt, Jr., 36, 643 Woodale Street, Hull, DUI.

•Mattie Robinson Johnson, 50, 1465 Hwy. 29 North, Athens, DUI, failure to drive within a single lane and open container.

•Larry Allen Wade, 43, 1097 Moores Lane, Comer, DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.

•Ernest Walter Wadley, 44, 200 Rosewood Place, Athens, expired vehicle tag or decal, no insurance and DUI.

•Burton Scott Moore, 38, 425 Mason Mill Road, Danielsville, DUI and failure to drive within lane.

•David Allen Peck, 34, 4354 Hwy. 17, Statham, DUI (third offense), stopping, standing, or parking and driving while license withdrawn.

•Cory Justin Ricketts, 19, 205 Pine Ridge Drive, Iva, DUI/under 21, expired or no drivers license, no insurance and giving false information or false name.

•Jimmy Lee Bassett, 29, 11100 Wildcat Bridge Road, Danielsville, driving without a license and driving without headlights.

•Sean Michael Conner, 27, 3831 Hwy. 98, Comer, criminal trespass.

•David Curtis Dean, 39, 156 Cliff Griffith Road, Danielsville, possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•John Christopher Firebaugh, 56, 275 Meadow Lane, Hull, disorderly conduct.

•Lashasta Caren Gordon, 31, 251 Zebulon Drive, Athens, theft by shoplifting.

•Daniel Grant Cowart, 28, 941 Lexington Road, Carlton, failure to drive within a single lane, speeding, too fast for conditions, giving wrong signal, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude and failure to obey stop sign.

•Jonnie Lynn Croy, 38, 2344 Noble Road, Carlton, two counts of probation violation (possession of cocaine).

•Siera Nicole Dennis, 22, 2099 Comer Road, Comer, possession of methamphetamine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
