Five arrested by Comer Police Department

They were:

•Jackie Deion Williams, 22, 1596 Glenn Carrie Road, Hull, DUI, driving while license withdrawn, fleeing or attempting to elude, failure to drive within a single lane or speeding.

•Adin Gomez Godinez, 24, 1114 Glenn Street, W. Columbia, SC, public drunk.

•Adiel Gonsalez, 23, 246 Oliver Road, Elberton, public drunk.

•Gomez Perez Pedro-Damian, 19, 1114 Glenn Street, West Columbia, SC, public drunk.

•Jon Alan Smith, 36, Route 2 Ogle Drive, Winterville, speeding, DUI and driving while license withdrawn. (Comer PD)

•Keith Bales, 38, 1479 Macedonia Church Road, Danielsville, order to incarcerate (child support).

•John Wesley Banks, 43, 156 Mill Street, Atlanta, burglary and criminal damage to property in the second degree.

•Jimmy Lee Bassett, 29, 11100 Wildcat Bridge Road, Danielsville, order to incarcerate (original charge: child support).

•WT Escoe, 23, 194 Lewallen Road, Homer, possession, manufacture, distribution, etc. violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act (VGCSA) — methamphetamine.

•Adin Gomez Godinez, 24, 1114 Glenn Street, W. Columbia SC, driving without a license and expired vehicle tag or decal.

•Christopher Scott Krause, 38, 123 Woodale Street, Hull, order to incarcerate for child support.

•Joe Carlson Miller, 38, P.O. Box 902, Danielsville, operation of vehicle with improper plate, possession, manufacture, distribution, etc. VGCSA methamphetamine, drug-related objects, no proof of insurance and driving while tag is suspended.

•Michael David Moore, 24, 4038 Hudson River Church Road, Danielsville, disorderly conduct.
•Richard Glenn Patterson, 46, 45 Brush Creek Road, Colbert, battery FVA.

•Kenneth Scott Queen, 20, 1141 Toestring Valley Raod, Spring City, TN, sex offender registration (failure to report) and probation violation (original charge: child molestation).

•Corbett Willingham, 36, homeless, child support.

•Clarance Mark Woody, 44, 991 Adams Clark Road, Danielsville, no insurance, expired vehicle tag or decal, possession, manufacture, distribution, etc. VGCSA Vicadon and operation of vehicle with improper plate.

•Darrlyana Belk, 30, 389 Carroll Avenue, Athens, failure to appear.

•Buffie Latrice Bolton, 36, 3233 Colbert Danielsville Road, Danielsville, failure to appear.

•Edward Duke Brady, 46, 1181 Willow Ridge, Athens, speeding, windshields and windshield wipers, driving while tag is suspended, possession, manufacture, distribution, etc. VGCSA and driving while license withdrawn.

•Angela Lee Claburn, 39, 46 Backwoods Trail, Comer, hold for Blount County Ala.

•Mary Shaconda Dykes, 28, 3342 Hardman Morris Road, Colbert, failure to appear.

•James Vincent Hanley, 37, 725 Beaverdam Road, Winterville, failure to drive within a single lane, no insurance, expired vehicle tag or decal, driving while tag is suspended and DUI. (GSP)
