The Madison County Board of Commissioners will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the county government complex.

•Re-adoption of the following amendments of the subdivision regulations (Chairman Wayne Douglas) a. Section 4.17.4 designation of the open space; to include all land included in the 50 percent open space set aside shall be protected by means of a conservation easement. b. Section 4.7.11 permitted uses of the open space, to exclude pipelines.
•Statements and remarks from citizens on agenda items.
•Consent agenda: Consider letting out bids for paving of Cherokee Road.
