Deputies were summoned to a Creekwood Drive residence last week in reference to domestic dispute.
A woman at the scene told Deputy Burl Johnson that her husband punched her in the eye, pointed a 22-caliber rifle at her and threatened to kill her after they argued over calls he had allegedly received from different women on his cell phone.
The suspect had left the residence before their arrival, but another deputy located him on Norwood Road, where he stated that his wife had punched him in the mouth while he was asleep in bed. Deputy Johnson noted that neither party had any signs of physical injuries. Both were advised of the warrant process and the husband agreed to stay away from the residence that day.
In another incident, statutory rape was reported at Diamond Hill Ball Park after a woman told officers that her 13-year old daughter had participated in certain activities at the park with other juveniles and a 17-year old male. According to the report, the daughter was also interviewed and the case is still under investigation.
I don't have experience with this, but I do watch too much television!
juveniles and the 17 yr old boy. This makes me sick!!! I
think the 13 yr old (girl) should be in trouble and charges
against her too. She knows what she is doing there with that
17 yr old boy. Statutory Rape charges are so dang bogus...
Make these girls take responsibality for their actions. Don't
ruin this young mans life because at 13 year old girl willingly
did what she did.
He may have been wanting his wife to find out so maybe she would divorce him but she didn't she just played boxer on his head.
Also they know if they get caught nothing will happen to them sure the guy may go to jail but nothing happens to them. She should get the same punishment he gets.
