Deputies were summoned to a Creekwood Drive residence last week in reference to domestic dispute.
A woman at the scene told Deputy Burl Johnson that her husband punched her in the eye, pointed a 22-caliber rifle at her and threatened to kill her after they argued over calls he had allegedly received from different women on his cell phone.
The suspect had left the residence before their arrival, but another deputy located him on Norwood Road, where he stated that his wife had punched him in the mouth while he was asleep in bed. Deputy Johnson noted that neither party had any signs of physical injuries. Both were advised of the warrant process and the husband agreed to stay away from the residence that day.
In another incident, statutory rape was reported at Diamond Hill Ball Park after a woman told officers that her 13-year old daughter had participated in certain activities at the park with other juveniles and a 17-year old male. According to the report, the daughter was also interviewed and the case is still under investigation.

Someone needs to show this man how to clear the calls off his cell phone. So he deserves what he gets.No.1 rule to cheating DON'T leave a trail that they can find and use against you in court. Can we say IDIOT boys and girls?

Clearing your calls off your cell phone will not completely erase the trail. If you don't want a trail to be used against you in court, go to another town preferably far away, purchase a prepaid cell phone with cash and use that.
I don't have experience with this, but I do watch too much television!
as for the 13 year old involved in activities with other
juveniles and the 17 yr old boy. This makes me sick!!! I
think the 13 yr old (girl) should be in trouble and charges
against her too. She knows what she is doing there with that
17 yr old boy. Statutory Rape charges are so dang bogus...
Make these girls take responsibality for their actions. Don't
ruin this young mans life because at 13 year old girl willingly
did what she did.

No I don't have experience at that but you don't have to be a college Graduate to learn to clear the call off your phone. Just go to calls recieved press options and go down to clear all list press it and it will clear all calls that have came in and all calls that you have made. Then get the phone bill before your wife and go pay it.OR go to the dollar store or Fred's and buy a prepaid cell phone. You can get a TRACPHONE for less than $20.00 and by all means don't leave it laying around and don't write the number down and leave it where it can be found. If she finds the number she is gonna know you have another phone.
He may have been wanting his wife to find out so maybe she would divorce him but she didn't she just played boxer on his head.
As for the 13 year old girl she can play dumb and say she didn't know what she was doing was wrong? But that don't fly with me. Yes I know the boy shouldn't have had sex with her but she could have told him she was 16 then it wouldn't be a crime? Nobody ask to see an id before they have sex and 13 year old girls know alot more now that they did when I was 13 and they look alot different now than I remember at 13.
Also they know if they get caught nothing will happen to them sure the guy may go to jail but nothing happens to them. She should get the same punishment he gets.
