One other thing What is possession of tools for the commission of a crime anyway???? Was it because she was in a car and DUI,no insurance, expired tag,in possession of cocaine, and driving while her license were suspended? What's the tools here the car?? If that is the case then every DUI could also be charged for possession of tools for the commission of a crime?????????
While we're at it lets just go ahead and make battery and DUI legal too?
