A Danielsville man brought to the Madison County Jail on other charges received an additional charge following an outburst at the jail.
Catlin Davin Anglin, 24, 256 Old Gin Road, was brought in by a trooper from the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.
According to the incident report, when Deputy David Kidd arrived with another inmate, Anglin, who was still in the booking area, reportedly became verbally abusive toward the deputy and the jailers. He also began to make threats to everyone. Kidd explained to Anglin that he was adding obstruction of a law enforcement officer to his list of charges.
In another arrest, Christian Marie Willoughby, 22, of 99 Joyce Court, Hull, was charged with simple battery (hitting a police officer) and obstruction after she allegedly struck officer Michael Free in the face with an open hand as he attempted to handcuff her following an incident.

•William George Melton Jr., 43, 206 Tommy James MHP, Hull, failure to appear (original charge: open container).
•Christopher Michael Mitchell, 19, P.O. Box 645, Danielsville, sale of alcohol to minor and obstruction of an officer.
•Randall Eugene Parham, 42, 3545 Hwy. 98 East, Comer, driving while license withdrawn, suspended or revoked, possession, manufacture, distribution, etc. VGCS methamphetamine, defective or no headlights, failure to drive within a single lane, obstruction of an officer and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
•Shenika Shantay Reid, 21, 2518 Imagine Drive, Dewy Rose, bench warrant (original charge: deposit account fraud).
•Wayne Sylvester Robinson, 56, 882 Dalgreen Avenue, Atlanta, failure to appear (original charge: forestry in the first degree).
•Amy Redrose Thomas, 298 Gosnell Hutto Road, Danielsville, expired or no driver’s license and failure to provide assistance; report accident.
•Sandra Victoria Wingfield, 39, 700 Fourth Street, Athens, theft by shoplifting.
