BOC releases Tuesday night agenda
The Madison County Board of Commissioners has released its agenda for its Tuesday meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the county government complex:
•Approval of minutes for July 9 work session, July 27 agenda-setting meeting, July 29 budget work session and Aug. 3 regular business meeting.
•Business involving guests, groups or multiple visitors: Mike Moak, Library Board of Trustees.
•Chairman’s report: Anthony Dove.
Public hearings
•Michael Moody: conditional use permit for a recreational use on 5.04 acres on map 101 parcel 4-A on Roy Wood Road. The property is currently zoned A-2.
•Wayne Douglas: amendment to the Madison County zoning ordinances for an addition of pre-built storage buildings; amendment to allow in-home childcare not exceeding six children at a time, including the caregiver’s own preschool children; an addition of manufactured mobile units; and an addition of a building permit requirement.
