Seems like stories like this are in the paper all the time. The victim may not be two years old but is still a victim.
Prison will not be kind to him at all but I am sure he will be back on the streets before this child turns 18. That seems to be the way the sentencing is in these cases.
he will not enjoy prison as he will be someone's toy or many person's toy. maybe that is enough punishment in itself but I am back to taxes / resources that are not infinite.
I vote with either castration that does not correct desire by the way in all nor prevent erection I am told in all. Capital punishment not cruel or unjust in these cases either.
