A man on McGinnis Chandler Road told deputies he came out to get something out of his car Friday night when he heard the door slam on his camper.
As he went around the camper, he said he spotted a man, approximately six feet tall, 250 pounds with black curly hair running into the wood line. He then heard a vehicle crank nearby and got into his car to follow a forest green Jeep Wrangler with Banks County plates. He lost the vehicle when it went into Banks County. A look out was placed on the vehicle.
Deputies found that entry to the camper was made through a window in the door of the camper. Several saws and drills were taken, valued at $810.
In another incident, a man on Neese Commerce Road reported that his ex-wife had called his phone 35 times in 21 minutes, despite him telling her to stop and that the kids were in bed asleep. The deputy spoke with the woman, telling her to stop calling.
