Danielsville man charged with DUI

Nathan Eugene Sweaza, 25, 3248 Hwy. 98 West, was also charged with failure to appear (original charges: suspended license and giving false name), bench warrant (obstruction of officer), obstruction of an officer, driving while license withdrawn, taillights required and the following bondsman off bond charges: driving while license withdrawn, expired registration, too fast for conditions, expired vehicle tag or decal and remove or affix a plate to conceal vehicle identification.

Others arrested by the sheriff’s office last week included:

•George Alfred Labs, 49, 1337 Bailey’s Garage Road, Bowersville, four counts of burglary, four counts of theft by taking and four counts of criminal damage to property in the second degree.

•Jimmy Lee Bassett, 30, 42 May Drive, Danielsville, order to incarcerate for child support.

•Bruce Scott Bonner, 43, 591 Old Stevens Road, Lexington, failure to appear (bench warrant).

•Quincy Lamar Bradford, 28, 213 Colridge Court, Athens, probation violation (original charges: DUI, DUI w/child and no license on person).

•Clinton Dean Garrett, 37, 1159 Pearwood Road, Royston, driving while tag is suspended, driving while license suspended and DUI.

•Christopher Thomas Jackson, 31, 262 Pine Street, Ila, DUI and driving while license withdrawn.

•Carlos Antonio West, 28, 20 Smokey Trail, Crawford, illegal possession of controlled substance (cocaine with intent to distribute), obstruction of an officer and bring contraband across guard lines.

•Toby Shane Reese Kennedy, 21, 880 Horace Reed Road, Ila, probation violation (original charge: suspended license).

•Norman Steve Manoni, 43, 165 Pine Bluff Drive, Ivey, deposit account fraud.

•Tony Allen Risner, 26, 6141 Neese Commerce Road, Hull, theft by taking.

•Cody Emery Sharp, 20, 937 East Paoli Road, Carlton, two counts of theft by taking.

•Dennis Wilson Whitlock, 55, 11325 Commerce Road, Athens, probation violation (original charges: suspended license, no insurance, etc.).

•Troy Lee Wood, 29, 2182 Adams Clarke Road, Commerce, theft by receiving stolen property.

•Tony Farrah Allen, 32, 179 Stafford Drive, Athens, driving while license withdrawn.

•Christopher Keith Lane, 24, 309 Townview Place, Athens, possession, manufacture, distribution, etc. VGCSA, obstruction of an officer and bringing contraband across guardlines.

•Mike William Little, 56, 1310 Hwy. 106 North, Danielsville, criminal trespass FVA.

•Delmy Orellana, 38, 355 Belair Road, Athens, driving without a license and failure to stop for a stop sign.

•William Benjamin Palmer, 24, 603 Kincaid Cemetery Road, Colbert, speeding and reckless driving.

•Jeffery Wayne Potts, 46, 338 Poplar Road, Commerce, probation violation.

•Jaime Jeovane Ramirez, 34, 362 Pleasant Acres Farm Road, Nicholson, giving false information or false name.

•Brent James Shubert, 39, 365 Unawatti Road, Canon, seatbelt violation and refused to sign citation.
