A juvenile on Hawks Road reportedly admitted recently to mutilating a neighbor’s dog and slicing the mat on another neighbor’s trampoline.
According to the incident report on file at the sheriff’s office, Deputy Jason Luke was summoned to Hawks Road, where a woman there reported that the mat had been cut on her children’s trampoline and that she suspected her neighborhood juvenile had done it. Another neighbor at the scene told Deputy Luke that he suspected the same juvenile had “cut her dog’s penis off.” The boy was spotted on the neighbor’s property on the day the dog was mutilated, according to the report.
Deputy Luke went to the boy’s home and spoke with him and his parents. The boy admitted to both offenses, according to the report and when asked why he did it, he reportedly replied “I don’t know.” Deputy Luke told the family that the boy was not to be off their property and was not to go on the neighbors’ property.
Both neighbors stated that they did not wish to pursue the matter criminally, but that they wanted compensation for the dog’s veterinary bill and the damage to the trampoline.
Both victims were told to contact the sheriff’s office if they do not receive compensation.

As a matter of fact, frankly, I would rather not have my children in the same school, because this type of behavior could result in the next Colobine situation. PLEASE MONITOR YOUR CHILD IF YOUR NOT ALREADY AND WARN THE SCHOOL SYSTEM.
For the record, I mutilated toads when I was a kid and shot bb's at cats. Look how well I turned out! *insert maniacal laughter here*
Additionally, I do have a job. Sadly, I am underemployed and this leaves me with too much time on my hands for this, my hobby. Sometimes, though, I even do this from work so there goes your assumption. See, at my job we have a computer. I won't argue the #$@ part, you've got me there! I even claim it in my pseudonym. I'm sure that you won't argue that I am truthful and make very good points.
Sardonic, I try so hard to take the high road when it comes to misspelling on these boards, and have become numb to the misuse of your, you're, their, there and they're. But since you started it, it was 'psycological' that was driving me nuts . . . . from a Psych major no less.
This is a pure case of animal cruelty. If the dog had bit this kid animal control would have been there to put the dog down.Where are you at Jack Huff?I had alot of confidents in you and the Sheriffs Dept. but I think your wrong on this.I hope to still see animal cruelty charges on this one.
