South Carolina man charged with pedestrian under the influence

James Rudolph Robinson Jr., 47, 1420 Big Creek Road, was charged with one count of pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.

According to the incident report, Deputy Dennis Harbison was dispatched to the intersection of Irvin Kirk and Rock Quarry roads after a witness called 911 to report a man who appeared to be intoxicated walking along the road.

Harbison arrived to find the witness still on scene, who described the man’s actions. After Robinson gave his identification to Harbison, he reportedly told the deputy that he and an unnamed person had gone to a bar in Anderson, S.C., earlier. When asked if he knew where he was, Robinson reportedly replied that he did not. Deputy Harbison then told Robinson that he was in Madison County, Georgia, to which he replied “how the f@*# did I get here?”

Robinson was placed under arrest and taken to the Madison County Jail.

•Armondo Frank Melhorn, Jr., 23, 509 Hickory Hills Road, Danielsville, probation violation (original charges: DUI, etc.).

•Jose Martin Medina Orta, 32, 775 Mathis Road, Danielsville, failure to drive within a single lane and driving without a license.

•Greta Bea Smith, 42, 641 Piedmont Road, Hull, obstruction of an officer.

•Ernest Walter Wadley, 45, 200 Rosewood Place, Athens, failure to appear, failure to maintain a lane, etc.

•Apolinar Osorio Aguilar, 32, 171 Madison Boulevard, Colbert, driving without a license and tag light required.

•Terrence Keon Allen, 22, 349 Foutain Street, Elberton, Schedule II drugs.

•Tanner Lee Bailey, 19, 1029 Fred Goss Road, Danielsville, failure to provide assistance, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to drive within a single lane and duty upon striking fixture.

•Jerry Douglas Bowen, 62, 7983 Hwy. 29 North, Danielsville, pointing a gun or pistol at another, reckless conduct, disorderly conduct, discharging a firearm while under the influence, possession of a firearm or knife and discharging a firearm near a public place.

•Randall Scott Carroll, 41, 445 Lake View Circle, Danielsville, battery FVA and criminal trespass.

•Jordan Todd Disher, 30, 126 Jack Sharp Road, Colbert, DUI, open container in vehicle and failure to yield (entering roadway).
