Two people were charged with public indecency recently after deputies were dispatched to Diamond Hill Trailer Park in reference to “several people in the park without any clothes on.”
Milton Jack Wilcher, 24, 36 Windy Ridge Drive, Danielsville, and Amanda Nicole Hicks, 25, 5657 Hwy. 29 South, Hull, were each charged with one count of public indecency.
According to the incident report, 911 dispatch reported that the caller said there was “a female lying in the bed without any clothes on with the door standing open” and that a man “had walked out to a truck while completely nude.”
The caller could not give the exact location, but said it was somewhere in the lower end of the park. Deputies responded to the scene and found the back door of a trailer standing open. The deputies witnessed a man and a woman lying together on a bed naked directly behind an open door. The deputy noted that the area that they were lying was only a few feet from the door and “plainly visible from the yard and other trailers.” The couple were allegedly engaged in a sex act. The deputy yelled “sheriff’s office” and got no response. When he yelled a second time, Wilcher allegedly stood up and spit out the back door toward the deputy. Both were told to get some clothes on and to step outside. They were arrested and taken to the Madison County Jail.
In another arrest, Armando Delarosa Hernandez, 28, 1107 Old Elberton Road, Hull, was charged with three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree and one count of battery FVA after a young boy called 911 to report that his father was hitting his mother.
According to the incident report, deputies responded to the scene where they made contact with a man (Hernandez) at the door. The man stated that “nothing was going on,” but a woman standing behind him was crying and shaking her head indicating that something was wrong.
The woman stated that Hernandez grabbed her by the hair and then kicked her several times. Hernandez said they were arguing because he didn’t have a job.
