To bad this gentleman was not being tried in Elbert County! The D.A. and Judges (You know who you are) allows child killers to plead down, V.H to misdemeanor pay a fine and probabtion. This occured twice in Elbert IN-ferior Court recently. Maybe Mr Robertson can obtain a re-trial and have it moved to Elberton.
