On January 26, 2010, 2005 Toyota Camry 4 Door Black in Color Tag#AIZ0737 VIN# 4T1BE32K15U035507 was seized for administrative forfeiture FROM JAMES E SIMS JR, at Colbert, Madison County, Georgia, for violations of Official Code of Georgia Annotated Section 16-13-30 (Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act). The conduct giving rise to the forfeiture is as follows: On 01-26-2009 a search warrant was conducted at the residence of James Sims Jr. Sims was found to be in possession of several baggies containing an off white crystal like substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Sims was also found to be in possession of several pre-packaged baggies of a green leafy material suspected to be marijuana. A quantity of pills and unused baggies and scales were also found. Pursuant to Official Code of Georgia Annotated Section 16-13-49(n) this property is subject to forfeiture. Any person claiming an ownership interest in this property may file a claim within thirty (30) days after the second publication of this notice by sending the claim to the seizing agency and to the district attorney by certified mail or statutory overnight delivery, return receipt requested. Otherwise, the property will be forfeited and disposed of according to law.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, Christy Tucker, mother of the above referenced children and anyone claiming to have a parental interest in the minor children.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above styled action seeking extended custody of the children with the Petitioner was filed against you in said Court on the 17th day of December, 2009, and that by reason of an Order for service by publication entered by the Court on the 8th day of February, 2010.
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED AND REQUIRED to appear before the Juvenile Court of Madison County in Danielsville, Georgia, on the 11th day of March, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. The hearing is for the purpose of determining whether or not custody should remain with the Petitioner.
