Actions filed recently in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Madison County include:
•Ronald Elrod, 41, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $270 for giving false information to law officers. Charges of criminal use of article with altered ID, possession of firearm/knife during crime or crime attempt, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (VGCSA) possession of methamphetamine and possession of firearms by convicted felons were dismissed.
•Timothy Earl Dalton, 41, Colbert, was sentenced to one-year probation and fined $270 for possession of drugs not in original container. Charges of receipt, possession or transfer of firearm by a convicted felon and knowingly driving a motor vehicle on a suspended license were dismissed.
•Callie Casper Barlow, 34, Colbert, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $800 for sexual battery (reduced from child molestation). A charge of statutory rape was dismissed.
•Jason Adam Culver, 29, Winder, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $472 for giving false information to law officers.
•Jade Myree Standridge, 24, Commerce, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $910 for driving under the influence (DUI). Charges of theft by taking a motor vehicle, failure to maintain a lane and failure to appear were dismissed.
•Cynthia Delores Ellis, 46, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation for theft by receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon. She was also fined $405.
•Dolly Regina Hicks, 43, Danielsville, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $270 for disorderly conduct. Charges of criminal trespass and public drunkenness were dismissed.
•Jesse James Ellis, 48, Athens, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $270 for illegal dumping of biomedical waste.
•Robert Flint, 58, Athens, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $270 for illegal dumping of biomedical waste.
•William George Melton, 44, Athens, was sentenced to one year probation for criminal trespass and simple battery. He was also fined $810.
