A Pendergrass man was sentenced to prison April 14 after a Madison County jury found him guilty on two counts of burglary.
James Michael Reidling, 37, 1160 Wayne Poultry Road, Pendergrass, was sentenced to five years confinement and 10 years probation for two counts of burglary. He was also fined $1,475.
Other actions filed recently in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Madison County include:
•Shannon Lamar McDougal, 26, 324 Hwy. 326, Commerce, was sentenced to 10 years probation and fined $1,475 for theft by taking a motor vehicle. He was also sentenced to one year probation for reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
•Christopher Alan Poss, 40, 20 Stone Creek, Hull, was sentenced to seven years probation and fined $1,475 for burglary.
