Man charged with child molestation

William James Treadwell, 21, 3536 Halls Mill Road, was charged with one count each of statutory rape, child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. No further details in the case were available.

In another arrest, Jonathan Daniel Samples, 18, 85 Sun Grove Road, Colbert, was charged with theft by taking after he allegedly stole a bicycle from a residence on Stone Ridge Drive.
