Two arrested following fight

Patricia Lachlle Daniel, 20, 250 Alberta Drive, Danielsville and Aubree Meon Mattox, 18, 326 Alberta Drive, Colbert, were charged.

According to the incident report, when Stratton arrived he saw several adults and small children standing in the road in front of a residence, with several of the adults yelling and cursing. The woman who called 911 told the officer that two women (Daniel and Mattox) had “jumped her” while she was holding her child in her arms. She said she had accused the pair of stealing her purse a couple of days ago. Others at the scene had separated them.

Others arrested by law enforcement in Madison County recently included:

•Sherry Kimberly Daniel, 34, 290 Applebe Mews, Apt. 190, Athens, who was charged with DUI/alcohol, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, failure to obey stop sign and speeding after she led Deputy Jeff Strickland on a high speed chase that began on Farm Road and ended on Hwy. 172 at Fortson Compton Road. When asked if she had been drinking, she reportedly told Strickland that she’d bought a bottle of liquor earlier and had been drinking it.

•Jonathan James Komar, 48, 6588 Hwy. 98 East, Ila, was charged with one count of simple battery FVA after officers were summoned to his residence regarding a domestic dispute. His wife told officers that her husband had been drinking and gotten angry, and pushed her juvenile daughter to the ground and threw a beer can at her (the wife’s) head, but missed.

•Hattie Laclair Anderson, 43, 105 Pak Hill Apartment 7234, Athens, three counts of deposit account fraud.

•Daniel O. Armendariz, 18, 1944 Oak Grove Road, Athens, open container and furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by persons below legal age.

•Preston Lloyd Booth, 19, 88 John Sharp Road, Colbert, holding for other county.

•Jesse Chadwick Caudell, 21, 71 West Beaverdam Road, Winterville, two counts of battery FVA.

•Kenneth Donald Cooper, 52, 3627 Hardman Morris Road, Colbert, DUI/alcohol, weaving over roadway and speeding.

•Jose S. De La Pena, 63, 225 Lonestar Lot 10, Bogart, order to incarcerate.

•Charles Scott Dean, 42, 241 Grady Drive, Lot 5, Hull, probation violation.

•Melinda Janet Delgado, 40, 105 Overlook Drive, Winterville, probation violation/felony.

•Casey Timothy Dobbs, 18, 509 Elm Road, Carlton, criminal trespass.

•Dominick John Dove, 21, 140 Mimosa Drive, Colbert, hold for other county.

•April Louise Elrod, 34, 33 S and H Lane, Comer, order to incarcerate.

•Randall Shane Elrod, 37, 234 Mountain View Lane, Danielsville, parole violation.

•David Estrada, 28, 1205 Cousins Road, Woodstock, burglary.

•Christopher James Evans, 24, 918 WL Williams Road, Commerce, holding for other county.
