How come 6 people went to court and 6 people got probation? AND how come the man from Dewy Rose got a longer probation sentence and a bigger fine than the last man charged from Macedonia Church Road when they were charged with the same thing? And I'm begining to wonder if you shot and killed someone in Madison County would you get 30 years probation? They would probably give you 50 or 60 years probation?
Yeah, how come? Is it that we can no longer afford to pay for housing, feeding, medical caring, guarding and insuring prisoners? If so, times are dangersously bad. It may be too late in this county, but do not let this meth thing get away from us. It's beyond rottenin every way.

The crooks all know probation is the only thing they will get in Madison Co., if that. You would not believe the amount of cases that are totally dismissed for no reason, other than the DA is too lazy to do his job. This is why the same people are charged with various crimes over and over again, and the people of Madison Co. continue to have property stolen from them on a daily basis.
The main objective is for all the attorneys to get paid. Putting these guys on probation is like money in the bank.
More than likely they won't be able to stay out of trouble and will be right back in court system in no time at all. Ever notice how it's the same names in the court section?
That means Mo' Money for the attorneys.
Ah,life is good when the system works!

BUT when you keep having the same repeat offenders over and over again WHEN DO YOU SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH?
