Wanted man, accomplice apprehended on Freeman Circle
A man and woman were arrested recently after a deputy on patrol received information that two wanted men were at a residence on Freeman Circle.
One of the wanted men, Kyle Luvereman Freeman, 19, of 327 Freeman Circle, Colbert, was charged with reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude, obstruction, burglary, criminal damage to property in the second degree and probation violation.
A woman at the scene, Patricia Lachlle Daniel, 20, of 250 Alberta Drive, Danielsville, was charged with aiding or permitting another to escape lawful custody or confinement, disorderly conduct, reckless conduct and obstruction.
According to the incident report, officer Alan Stratton came to the residence and saw Freeman and the other suspect attempting to flee out the back door. The other suspect was not able to be located, but Freeman was apprehended after he was tased following a foot chase.
Ms. Daniel, the sister of the other suspect, was arrested a short time later at the residence following a struggle, during which she allegedly yelled and cursed at the officers at the scene.
