Mother son arrested after fight
A Hull mother and son were arrested recently after an altercation at their Maplewood Lane home.
Davey Tyler Adcock, 33, was charged with simple battery FVA after he reportedly shook his mother so hard her false teeth fell out when she tried to leave the residence because he was yelling at her. His mother, Debra Kay Maddox, 52, was arrested on outstanding warrants in two other counties.
In another arrest, Thomas Jerry Haley, 60, of 97 Grady Lane, Danielsville, was charged with one count each of too fast for conditions and DUI/alcohol. According to the incident report, an officer was dispatched to Race Track Road due to a wreck with unknown injuries. When he arrived, he noticed Haley standing next to a truck that was on its side. Haley reportedly told the officer that he was not driving the truck, but chasing someone who had stolen it. The officer asked a witness who said Haley had wanted him to move his truck so he could leave the scene. Haley then replied, “Man, I messed up again.” He also admitted to driving the truck and losing control of it, causing the accident. He tested positive for alcohol.

•Ronnie Dwayne Bales, 27, of 1479 Macedonia Church Road, Danielsville, was charged with battery, probation violation, burglary and criminal damage to property after he allegedly threw a chair and a VCR at his mother when she came into his room to ask him to be quiet. He also reportedly knocked her down trying to get to his brother. He was also charged with the burglary of an empty home on Hudson Rivers Church Road.
•Gina Renea Sanders, 35, 3572 Commerce Neese Road, Hull, was charged with simple battery after she reportedly slapped her live-in boyfriend in the face with an open hand. The responding officer noted there were red marks on the victim’s face and Sanders minor child also reported that his mother had slapped her boyfriend.
•Sergio Arellano-Espinoa, 28, 1465 Hwy. 29 B-18, Athens, driving without a license.
•Ottis Lloyd Booth, 43, 145 Planter Gunnell Road, Hull, probation violation and order to incarcerate.
•Robert Scott Chadwick, 36, 610 Ed Coile Road, Hull, driving while license suspended, failure to keep proper lane and probation violation.
•Christopher Jerry Cronic, 38, 5 Evans Drive, Danielsville, burglary and criminal damage to property.
•Johan Espinoza, 18, 2385 Commerce Road, Athens, driving without a license and no tag light.
•Adam Ray Evans, 18, 201 Woodpecker Lane, Nicholson, unlawful possession of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine and propanolamine, removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal, driving without a license, no proof of insurance, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and theft by receiving stolen property.
•Rafael Fernandez, 33, 1495 Hwy. 29 H-29, Athens, driving without a license.
•Timothy Earl Fowler, 45, 8045 Hwy. 29 North, Danielsville, order to incarcerate.
•Candy Lee Gearing, 29, 9050 Hwy. 29 South, Lot 4, Hull, bench warrant, order to incarcerate and two counts of order to incarcerate.
•Cynthia Dianne Hall, 41, 517 Mossy Point Road, Hull, hold for Clarke County
•Wayne Mathew Henderson, 41, 111 Hawks Court, Nicholson, no proof of insurance, acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing identification of motor vehicle, no tag and two counts of theft by receiving stolen property.

•Shane Fredrick Yerdon, 26, 9050 Hwy. 106 South, Hull, simple battery, battery, interference with 911 call, possession of marijuana and four counts of aggravated assault.
