A woman at a home on Willis Glenn Road reported a peeping Tom.
She told the responding officer that when she came out of her trailer to get in her car a man was standing beside the trailer, staring at her and moaning. She ran back in the home and called 911.
She then saw the man looking through the living room window at her. The offender had left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival and the victim could only describe him as an older skinny white male with gray hair.
In another incident, a man on South Creek Drive reported that while they were gone someone had set fire to his front porch. He came home and found a small fire burning in the center of the porch. The officer noted that it appeared as though someone had set fire to a plastic flowerpot. While talking with the victim, his grandson came home. He told them that he had cut a friend’s hair and then put the hair in the flowerpot. He put it on the porch and set it on fire because the friend is superstitious and did not want anyone getting his hair to use against him. They then left the residence thinking the fire had burned out.
