Four charged with burglary in Madison Co.

Those arrested were: Brandon Cook, 21, 222 Morrison Lane, Colbert, Courtney Lynn Seabolt, 18, 381 Sherwood Drive, Danielsville, Michael Thomas Smith, 19, 641 Bedford Drive, Hull and Ashe Brandon Spivey, 23, 37 Brandon Circle, Winterville.

Others arrested by law enforcement in Madison County included:

•Clinton Ashley Coile, 37, homeless, was charged with criminal trespass after his former landlord reported that he had evicted Coile earlier in the month but that he was continuing to come back to stay at the residence. The landlord went to the front door and the officer to the back, where he reportedly caught Coile coming out of the back door and arrested him. He told the officer he just needed a place to sleep.

•Jeffery Ray Sorrells, 35, 9511 Hwy. 281, Danielsville, was charged with battery FVA and cruelty to children in the third degree after he reportedly threw a wooden stool at his girlfriend’s foot and caused it to swell. The woman also said he took a picture off the wall and broke it. The entire episode reportedly took place in front of their 2-year-old daughter.

•Amanda Victoria Ballenger, 17, 115 Double Branch Road, Danielsville, was charged with simple battery FVA after her boyfriend (with whom she has a child) reported that she struck him in the face and shoved him to the ground during an argument.

•Carlos Rafael Alonso, 27, 465 Hale Lane, Athens, two counts of giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officer.

•Jonathan Michael Bales, 30, 226 Pine Street, Danielsville, bench warrant.

•Wendell Todd Barnett, 51, 88 Broad Street, Nicholson, probation violation.

•Bradley Elijha Bell, 25, 376 Piney Grove Road, Comer, holding for other county.

•Todd Michael Cavanaugh, 21, 81 Buttercup Lane, Lavonia, DUI/alcohol, weaving over roadway and tag light required.

•Constance Natasha Collins, 29, 745 Cooper Road, Comer, knowing driving motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked registration and failure to appear.

•Bernard Wendell Cooper, 45, 148 Freeman Circle, Colbert, probation violation.

•James Robert Daniel Crisp, 21, 1036 Madison Street, Comer, probation violation.

•Robert Craig Earnest, 49, 63 Sherwood Drive, Danielsville, theft by deception (felony).

•Elizabeth Danielle Gonzales, 36, 32 Georgia Avenue, Gainesville, probation violation.

•Heather Marie Hill, 25, 191 W. Carver Drive, Athens, probation violation.

•Stephanie Marquet Lawrence, 32, 1094 Oakgrove Road. Athens, probation violation.

•Jose Salgado Maldonado, 27, 1088 McLendon Morris Road, Hull, driving without a license and DUI/alcohol.

•Michael Jason Martin, 18, 1415 Pine Valley Farm Road, Comer, loitering and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

•Anthony Mark Mills, 53, 1450 Bakers Ferry Road, Elberton, DUI/multiple substances and speeding.

•Gregory McKinley Mulligan, 19, 328 Sherwood Drive, Danielsville, two counts of probation violation.

•Matthew Lee Pickel, 21, 2145 Indian Hill Road, Elberton, probation violation.

•Epifanio Linares Sanchez, 28, 1525 Danielsville Road, Lot 36, Athens, driving without a valid license, seat belt violation and tag light required.

•Courtney Diane Smith, 34, 113 Oak Bluff Drive, Athens, theft by receiving stolen property.
