Fight over dog ends in Hull man’s arrest

According to the report, the victim told officers she and her boyfriend were fighting about feeding the dog and that he told her to leave. She said that while she was getting her belongings, he picked her up and threw her out the door while she was carrying something from their bedroom. The officer noted that there were marks on her left arm and wrist and that she had a cut on her knee, but refused medical treatment at the scene.

•Jeremiah Hutchison, 31, 755 Childers Road, Colbert, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs after an officer found him walking in dark clothing in his lane of travel. According to the report, the man failed to move and the officer had to go into the oncoming lane to avoid him.

•Roger Howard Clark, 46, 2156 Hwy. 106 North, Ila, was charged with simple assault FVA after he reportedly pinned his daughter down and stepped on her feet and legs during an argument. The officer noted there was chafing on the daughter’s legs and feet.

•Richard Ansel, 51, 4724 Nowhere Road, Nicholson, DUI/drugs, no tag, possession of marijuana less than announce and weaving over roadway.

•Lewis Dwayne Bonner, 49, 365 Sorrow Patterson Road, Colbert, battery FVA.

•Gregory Von Brown, 45, 39 Shadylane Court, Maysville, probation violation.

•Sherman Maurice Clark, 24, 3346 Hwy. 72 West, Colbert, reckless driving, possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, prescription drugs must be in original container, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, DUI/drugs and speeding.
