9-month-old baby suffers multiple fractures
An officer was called to Athens Regional Medical Center by Madison County DFACS recently concerning the possible abuse of a child on Hillwood Drive.
According to the incident report, the 9-month-old male was brought to the hospital by his mother suffering from several fractures all over his body for which the mother had no explanation. The injuries included a fractured left arm, a slight fracture of the right and left clavicle and an injury to the right leg described as a deep bruise. The mother explained that while she was folding clothing on her bed, the child fell off and landed on his left shoulder, despite being surrounded by pillows.
A few days later she noticed something wrong with his left shoulder, she said, and x-rays revealed the damage. She said she had no idea how the injuries occurred, but went on to explain that the child is with a babysitter during the week. The mother could not recall the woman’s last name, nor her phone number, but was able to get it from a family member. She said the babysitter also keeps her daughter and has a 2-year-old of her own and is pregnant. The DFACS caseworker found that her office had previously had a case against the babysitter for slapping her daughter across the face. The woman had resided in Madison County, but had moved to Clarke County. A safety plan was devised for the child, who was sent home with her parents as long as the grandmother remained present in the home, and the caseworker gave direct instructions that the babysitter was to have no contact with the child until the investigation was complete.

When he exited the stall he was reportedly still holding the container and was confronted by the male teacher. The baby could have been crying because it was hungry or needed it's diaper changed and she grabbed it by the arm and snatched it up OR it could be as innocent as she had it laying on the edge of a bed or couch and wasn't paying attention and it rolled off?
NEED MORE EVIDENCE???????????????
If my daughter's boyfriend ever beat her up...what happened next would not be pretty. I would be the one going(happily)to jail/then prison. I let that be known to all,and they know I'm not playing.
