Madison County grew by nine percent between 2000 and 2010.
The federal government released Georgia’s Census numbers recently. Madison County’s population increased by 2,390 from 25,730 to 28,120.
Meanwhile, the Madison County town with the highest rate of growth was Hull, with 38 more residents in 2010 than in 2000, a 23.75 percent growth rate. Ila had the lowest increase — nine additional residents, a population jump of 2.7 percent.

Bet most of these persons do not have conservation tax like good old persons do. Needs to change where all taxed fairly and what saying is some of conservation tax maybe not and BOA needs to check into this.
