Bridge in. Maybe land will sell better. Possibility and probably not but is there anyone with the Pethel's machine or who active in getting this bridge thing done have a real estate license or would benefit from this as building company who stands good chance of getting contract for example ? Does anyone know ? Anyone know ?

$180,000. That's cheap. Better get started on that while you can. Things are cheaper because no one has any work to do. Now is the time to make hay. Put it off and wait and you'll pay $500,000 easy. Let's git 'er done!
