Three people were arrested on charges of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs recently.
They were:
•Jeremy Wayne Durkin, 34, 2896 Deep Creek Road, Bowman, DUI/drugs and unregistered vehicle.
•Patty Lea Hudson, 34, 254 South 4th Street, Colbert, tag light required, weaving over roadway and DUI/alcohol.
•Scottie Andrew Lawson, 44, 514 Sears Drive, Maysville, DUI/alcohol, driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of an open alcohol container and removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent.
Others arrested by law enforcement in Madison County included:
•Jeremy Lyndell Arnold, 26, 574 Evangelical Church Road, Danielsville, probation violation.
•Tony Christopher Baxter, 36, 991 Adams Clarke Road, Commerce, driving while license withdrawn. (GSP)
•Charles Ross Burkhalter, 33, 5633, Hwy. 98 Ila, seatbelt violation and driving while license withdrawn. (GSP)
•Christopher Paul Dennis, 23, 172 White Court, Athens, marijuana possession less than an ounce.
•Franklin Bernard Goss, 36, 1151 Beacon Mobile Home Park, Lot 40, Athens, probation violation.
•Robert Dillon Hamby, 21, 68 Cooper Farm Road, Nicholson, probation violation.
•Richard Earl Helms, 47, 7960 Hwy. 72 West, Lot 12, Colbert, probation violation, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and two counts of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.
•Atanya Lareca Howard, 20, 645 Branch Street, Athens, probation violation.
•Marcelo Marrero, 45, 161 New Liberty Church Road, Braselton, failure to appear.
•Timothy Joe Parham, 46, 65 Pine Valley, Comer, probation violation.
•Michael Justin Porter, 23, 159 South Main Street, Hull, two counts of burglary.
•Lindberg Simmons, 60, 137 Oakview Drive, Hull, failure to appear.
•Christopher Ray Wilson, 31, 71 Bond Road, Danielsville, order to incarcerate.
