A Danielsville man was arrested for the second time in as many weeks recently. The latest arrest came after he allegedly threatened to burn a woman’s house down “and kill everybody inside.”
Thomas Jerry Haley, 61, 97 Grady Lane, Danielsville, was charged with terroristic threats and acts and disorderly conduct.
According to the incident report, officer Chris Guest responded to a neighbor’s house on Grady Lane where a woman there told him that Haley had come to her residence and asked to come inside. She said she told him to leave because she did not want him over there, particularly around her small child. She stated she has had “continuous problems with (Haley) because of his violent behavior and drug problems.”
Haley was arrested the previous week after he allegedly violated a temporary protection order and then resisted arrest.
