Madison County Sheriff’s Office officials arrested three men Tuesday evening who were allegedly involved in a drive by shooting on Alberta Drive in Colbert around 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
Douglas Johnson, 53, his nephew Trico Glenn, 35, of the Veribest Community in Oglethorpe County, along with Joe Lattimore, of Charlie Bolton Road, Hull were each charged with aggravated assault.
Lattimore is also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and making false statements to police. Other charges may be pending as the investigation continues, according to chief deputy Shawn Burns.

Good work, law enforcement! You know ... if marijuana were legalized maybe these misfits would be high and mellow instead of drunk and unable to contol their rage. It comes down to the lesser of two evils. Outlawing drugs does not keep outlaws from doing drugs. Just like outlawing guns; only outlaws will have guns.
