Major renovations are planned at Madison County High School and Comer Elementary School, but exactly when those projects will start and end is still unclear.
County voters approved the renewal of a one-cent sales tax in March. Those funds are tagged for three main purposes: debt relief for construction of the current middle school, a major expansion of the county’s lone high school, and the construction of a new media center and new classrooms at Comer Elementary School.
The Comer renovation, which is a much smaller project than the high school, will likely occur before the MCHS expansion.

You also need to take into effect that people live right in front of that teacher parking lot and a three story building right behind their house would destroy their family privacy as well as probably diminish their property value. You people should think about them too.

This is a very good point; glad you posted, Joshua. BTW, the word you wanted is account, not effect, but your meaning is clear.
