Actions filed in Madison County Superior Court

•David Shane Harrelson, 41, 140 Sweetbriar Court, Winterville, was sentenced to 20 years probation and a $1,100 fine for one count of burglary. He was also sentenced to 20 years probation and fined $2,100 on two additional counts of burglary; a $500 fine and five years probation for entering auto; 10 years probation and a $500 fine for felony theft by taking and 12 months probation and a $400 fine for theft by taking misdemeanor.

•Heather Lanee Searcy, 26, 9050 Hwy. 106 South, Lot 2A, Hull, was sentenced as a first offender and given 10 years probation and 40 hours of community service for aggravated assault. She was also sentenced to 12 months probation and a $350 fine for disorderly conduct and 12 months probation and a $250 fine for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

•Amanda Nicole Roberts, 26, 2796 Hardman Morris Road, Colbert, was sentenced to 5 years probation, a $1,100 fine and 40 hours of community service for aggravated assault – family violence.
