Madison County High School Students did better on their Math 2 End of Course Test last spring than the year before, but MCHS students did worse on the Math 1 section with nearly half of those students failing to pass the exam.
MCHS students did significantly better in U.S. History, significantly worse in Economics and around the same in the other testing categories.
The EOCT testing will take on new importance this year as it begins to replace the Georgia High School Graduation Test as one of the main graduation requirements.
Math still a struggle for MCHS students
