A Hull woman was arrested recently after she allegedly broke into her estranged husband’s home.
Kimberly D. Harding, 33, 183 Gillispie Road was charged with one count of burglary. She reportedly broke into her husband’s home on Shoal Creek Road and took a check stub, X-box, iPod and a CD case.
Officers located her at her home on Gillispie Drive and she showed them where the things were located inside her home. The check stub was reportedly found in her vehicle.
Other incidents reported to the sheriff’s office recently included:
•Burglary was reported on Willis Glenn Road when a man said he came home and found his window a/c unit taken from the window in front of his house. Two guitars and a 12-gauge shotgun were found missing from inside the house. He said a friend told him she saw a black man with a slim build walking around the side of the residence carrying an a/c unit the day before.
•A trailer was stolen from under a power line on House Holloway Road.
•Battery was reported on Hudson River Church Road last week after a woman there said her boyfriend hit her head and chest, and also grabbed her foot and bent her toe back during an argument. He then allegedly followed her to her aunt’s house where he told her he would kill her if she called the cops.
•A woman on Grady Drive reported that her boyfriend hit her in the eye and choked her when he came home from work and found there was nothing to eat in the house. When she called 9-1-1, he left the residence.
•A man on Denver Campbell Road reported that he found a brown blanket and pillow on the back side of his pasture where someone had evidently been sleeping. He said he had no idea who it could be.
•A woman on Belhaven Lane reported that a woman she knows dropped off her daughter and said she would be back to pick her up the following day, but the woman said that she had not seen her for two days. The woman was listed as a missing person.
•A man on New Haven Church Road said he had received two collect calls from Muscogee County Jail. He said he did not know anyone there and did not accept charges for the calls.
•A driver safety checkpoint was held on Neese Commerce Road at Cody Fowler Road last week. Three arrests were made during the traffic stop.
