Madison County High School will hold a “Homecoming Parade” Friday, Sept. 23, at 6 p.m.
The parade lineup will be from 5 to 5:30 p.m. at Danielsville Elementary School. The parade will proceed down Madison Street and into the main entrance of the high school. The parade will include the Red Raider Marching Band and the young ladies from this year’s Homecoming Court.
Spectators should assemble along Madison Street between MCHS and Danielsville Elementary or in the parking lot in front of the high school. Alumni groups who would like to have a float in the parade should call Andy Felt at the MCHS Freshman Academy, 706-795-3780.
“Please come out and watch the parade and then stay for the game where we will crown our 2011 Homecoming Queen,” organizers said.
