Wall ball ribbon cutting set for Saturday

A ribbon cutting for the new wall ball facility at the Madison County Recreation Department will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, with a first pitch against the wall.

There will be refreshments. And organizers said everyone is welcome to attend.

“Anyone who helped in any shape, form or fashion is asked to attend,” said organizers.

The facility was constructed with private funds and dedicated in honor of Tyler Moon, a Madison County Middle School student and athlete who died in an accident this past spring.
