A pregnant Danielsville woman was arrested after she was found walking along Hwy. 98 in what appeared to be an intoxicated state.
Teri Lynn Manders, 31, 440 Friendship Church Road, Danielsville, was charged with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs. According to the report, officer Shawn Rhoades responded to a call about someone walking along Hwy. 98 at Eugene Hardman Road. As his patrol car approached her, Rhoades said she fell down in a ditch. She climbed out, very unsteady on her feet. When asked if she had had anything to drink she said no, but that she had taken her medicine. She was taken to Athens Regional for medical attention. DFCS was to be notified.
In another arrest, James Thomas Garrett, 70, 791 Hwy. 72 East, Comer, was charged with public indecency/indecent exposure (felony after two prior convictions) and disorderly conduct after a neighbor reported that as she was leaving her home with her 3-year old son, she saw Garrett standing in the window of his home “completely nude” and fondling himself. Officer Patrick Holl answered the call, and noted that he had personally charged Garrett with the same type charges in April.

•Rita Audrey Caldwell, 52, 4318 Hwy. 29 South, Colbert, probation violation.
•Lara Alaina Carey, 31, 276 James Springs Road, Danielsville, violation of conditions of limited driving permit.
•Jerry William Cooper, 61, 19 Beaver Run Road, Winterville, four counts of forgery in the first degree.
•Kenneth Donald Cooper, 53, 3267 Hardman Morris Road, Colbert, DUI/alcohol, driving while license suspended or revoked, fleeing or attempting to elude, tail light required, removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent, and two counts of probation violation.
•Jason Dale Donoho, 31, 96 Hudson River Church Road, Ila, failure to appear – felony.
•Randall Shane Elrod, 38, 240 Mountain View Lane, Danielsville, two counts of probation violation – felony.

•Jennifer Shae Guest, 18, Diamond Hill Trailer Park, Hull, theft by taking – felony.
•Henrietta Austin Hatten, 28, 524 Pine Street, Apt. 15, Athens, probation violation - felony.
