The Madison County Republican Party will hold a forum at Madison County High School at 7 p.m., Friday, June 6, for GOP candidates for sheriff as well as Republican candidates for the U.S. Congressional District 10 seat.
Three Republicans are seeking the Madison County sheriff’s post: John Dove, Larry Smith and Kip Thomas.
Two men are vying for the Congressional seat, incumbent Paul Broun and challenger Barry Fleming.
The two-hour forum will include one hour for both the sheriff’s candidates and Congressional hopefuls.
State Senator Ralph Hudgens will moderate the forum.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
