Man charged with disorderly conduct

Bernard Wendell Cooper, 47, 148 Freeman Circle, Hull, was arrested for disorderly conduct after a woman called 9-1-1 to report that he was “causing problems in the residence.” She stated that Cooper was “cussing” and had pushed her 15-year old son. Cooper said he was in the bedroom “minding his own business” and had not bothered anyone.

•Antion Xavier Brown, 37, 1635 Fortson Circle, Elberton, probation violation.

•David Lewis Clay, 52, 699 Woodale Street, Hull, was charged with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs after officers found him walking down his street after they had advised him on a previous call to stay home.

•Frank Brian Cobb, 43, 117 Carey Street, Elberton, simple battery FVA and cruelty to children in the third degree. (Comer PD)

•Justin Wade Culver, 24, 209 Bellview Street, Winder, probation violation.

•Jesse James Ellis, 51, 100 Oak Hill, Athens, driving without a valid license and knowingly driving a motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked registration.

•William Howard Gaddis, 20, 54 Merry Lane, Colbert, theft by taking (felony) and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

•Eric Richardson Glenn, 31, 954 Hickory Hills Road, Danielsville, probation violation.

•Victor Rimirez Jimenez, 23, 161 Parham Dudley Road, Bowman, speeding, driving without a valid license and DUI/alcohol.

•Johnny Stewart Johnson, 33, 24 B&L Lane, Danielsville, taillights, taillight lenses required and driving while license suspended or revoked. (GSP)

•William George Melton, 47, 1651 N. Hwy. 29, Danielsville, giving false name, address or birthdate to law enforcement officer and a hold for Florida.

•Carissa Octavia Patman, 26, 63 Dry Creek Road, Danielsville, prescription drugs must be in their original container.

•Warren Eugene Pressley, 42, 344 Mitchell Road, Maysville, probation violation.

•Timothy Mitchell Rowland, 26, 385 Faye Carey Road, Danielsville, theft by taking, and two counts of failure to appear.

•Craig Lee Self, 37, 3717 Seagraves Mill Road, Hull, weaving over roadway, driving while license suspended or revoked, knowingly driving a motor vehicle on suspended, cancelled or revoked registration and no proof of insurance.

•Jamie Darrell Spurlin, 35, 95 North Ridge Place, Danielsville, bench warrant.

•Tracy Tittle, 39, 74 Buddy Moore Road, Lot 5, Colbert, bench warrant.

•Osman Bonifasio Torres, 18, 112 Davis Street, Hull, criminal trespass.
