I propose a .05 limit for both vehicles and boats (I really want .00); there's no difference in the ability to "drive" either and there's no difference in the deaths they cause. Dead is dead, adult or child! Injured is injured! Disabled is disabled! The perpetrator should be required to undergo rehabilitation that they pay for and to pay all monetary restitution to the victims if it takes them a lifetime. In addition, probation should be regular meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous for a lifetime. Americans need to be under zero tolerance for DUI! But what's a few beers?
vehicular homicide ruling.
the person was dui, so there's no difference than using a gun ,baseball bat or what ever. An inocent person is dead from some other person's fault.Should have been charged with murder 2nd degree/max.
