Industrial authority to meet Aug. 20

The Madison County Industrial Development and Building Authority will meet at 6 p.m., Monday, Aug. 20, in the historic county courthouse in the center of Danielsville.

Agenda items include:

BUDGET HEARING

•Hold budget hearing.

•Adopt budget 2013.

•Set millage rate 2012.

REGULAR MEETING

•Financial report.

•Water requests

•Utility director report: a. billing report.

•Other IDA-related issues: a. Cooper Road/Russell Drive update; b. Hwy. 29 project update.

•Closed session to discuss personnel matters and land acquisition.
