Two cited with criminal trespass

Timothy Elton Anderson, 44, 640 Jack Sharp Road, Colbert, and Robert Gary Bray, Hull, were each arrested on one count of criminal trespass.

According to the incident report, officer Greg Bryson was dispatched to the residence after someone reported that they saw two men go into the vacant house with flashlights. Officer Bryson and another officer went into the residence, where they found Anderson and Bray “extremely intoxicated.” The pair gave them several stories about knowing the owner, which all turned out to be false. They were taken to jail.

In another arrest, a Hull man was arrested after he allegedly stole $4,000 in cash from a safe in his parents’ home.

Ryan Daniel Shenk, 31, 575 Betty Fogger Lane, Hull, was charged with theft by taking and burglary.

•Trey Edward Jajko, 28, 269 Hwy. 98 West, Danielsville, theft by taking.

•Willie Marshall Johnson, 60, 105 Spring Valley Road, Athens, probation violation.

•Timothy Lee Kelley, 50, 2430 Comer Road, Comer, endangering a child by DUI/alcohol or drugs, DUI/drugs, seat belt violation and speeding.

•Amanda Lou Martin, 25, 1415 Pine Valley Farm Road, Comer, two counts of deposit account fraud/bad checks.

•Stephen Marcous Muniz, 25, 1066 Mark Griffeth Road, Hull, probation violation.

•Arickey Perez Norman, 36, 115 Georgetown Circle, Apt. A-10, Athens, parole violation, receipt, possession, or transfer of firearm by convicted felon or felony first offender and burglary.

•Michael David Pattmon, 44, 142 Pine Bluff Road, Athens, DUI/alcohol and open container.

•Barry Mandrill Pope, 38, 235 West Chester Drive, Athens, failure to appear, seat belt violation, driving while license withdrawn, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a Schedule III, IV or V controlled substance with intent to distribute.
