Madison County commission chairman Anthony Dove announced Wednesday that the county will follow the Connecticut governor’s declaration to have a day of mourning this Friday, Dec. 21, for the 26 victims of the Connecticut shooting. "At 9:30am please observe a moment of silence and if you have bells, ring them 26 times (during the moment of silence) to honor the 26 victims," he said.
