LETTER: If we let more evil in White House, we’re only bowing to the devil

Have you ever thought of this: Bush was the governor of Texas; there’s oil in Texas. Then he was president. He started the war in Iraq; there’s oil in Iraq.

Now Sarah Palin is running for vice president. She is the governor of Alaska; there’s oil in Alaska.

If these people can get control of enough oil, they can control it all. Our government will own the people.

I’m a Vietnam vet born and raised in Dawson County where blacks were not allowed. But I learned in Nam, they love this country just like us, and in God’s eyes and in my eyes, are just like the whites. They too are my brothers and sisters. I don’t vote Republican or Democrat – I vote for who I think is right.

If we let more evil into the White House, we’re only bowing to the devil.
