Animal control reports more rabies cases

The Madison County Animal Control Department has reported three positive rabies cases in March.

They include:

•March 7, raccoon positive, 1300 block of Hwy. 29 North, Danielsville.

•March 9, raccoon positive, 700 block of Scogin Road, Hull.

•March 14, skunk positive, 600 block of Charlie Morris Road, Colbert.

Rabies cases are running wild in Madison County. It seems like every week there are more rabies cases reported? That's why it is very important to get your pets their rabies shots?
